Yes. Rockford Group, LLC has
created a secondary market for these FDCs. Within 30 days of written notice to
the company, the face value minus 2% and the interest earned will be repaid to
the investor.

this a loan?

No! Rockford Group, LLC advances
money on the future value of personal injury cases. Unlike a loan, if the
plaintiff loses his/her case, plaintiff does not owe Rockford Group, LLC
anything.

No. Because we take the risk of
recovery/loss together with the plaintiff and attorney, courts have
continuously held that our advance is not a loan.

No, We are not a law firm.
We do not interfere with the attorneys handling of the case. Our only
involvement is to initially review the attorneys files so that we can evaluate
the claim and for periodic case status updates. We, in no way influence the
attorney or plaintiff in the handling or disposition of the case.
